Sustainable Options for Urban Living, Inc. is following the mandated guidelines as outlined for the City of Chicago, State of Illinois and .the CDC. The main offices located at 14076 Lincoln Ave., Dolton, IL 60419 are open during regular office hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
In-Person meeting protocol
If an in-person pre-scheduled meeting is needed, the following procedures are in place:
1. Upon arrival, sign in at front desk including name, time/date of arrival, signature. This procedure must be follow for each appointment.
2. If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID prior to arrival, please notify staff and reschedule your appointment.
3. Upon making your appointment, please verify the number of people (limit 10 per appointment) that will be visiting the office.
4. Although new guidelines state that masks are optional indoors at this time, the SOUL team is reuesting that a mask be worn while in the building.
